About You:

• Current experience in Support Coordination, psychology or mental health

• An established case load of clients to allow your continuity of supports

• A strong understanding of the NDIS and capacity-building supports

• A commitment to ethical, person-centred practice

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• ABN and Insurances (if applying as a contractor or Community Partner)

• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC etc.
