About the Role ** We’re looking for a dedicatedNDIS Support Coordinatorto join our team3 days per week**. This role can beremoteor based in ourEurobodalla office.This is acontract position until 31 January 2026.
By phone, you will build strong relationships with participants, understand their goals and circumstances, and coordinate supports and services to help them achieve their NDIS plan outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate NDIS supports, monitor plan budgets, and review progress
- Build participant capacity to navigate the NDIS and make informed choices
- Liaise with service providers, community organisations, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reporting in line with NDIS requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all services meet quality and compliance standards
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in NDIS, disability, or human services
- Knowledge of disability support services, legislation, and community resources
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and networking skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client management systems
