About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Support Coordinator or Recovery Coach looking to make a greater impact — without the pressure of KPIs or micromanagement?
Reach Ability Support is a nationally recognised NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services. As we expand, we are looking for independent contractors across Australia, with a focus on Queensland and New South Wales.

💰What’s in It for You
Attractive hourly fee schedule
From $65/hr – Level 2 Support Coordination
From $150/hr – Level 3 Specialist Coordination
You choose your path:
Deliver services via phone, online or face-to-face in the community
100% remote & flexible – set your own hours
Choose your own caseload and participants

What We’re Looking For
We want experienced and compassionate professionals who thrive independently while delivering NDIS outcomes with integrity.
You will be working as a genuine independent contractor (sole trader/subcontractor). That means you will be self-managed, insured, provide your own equipment (computer and phone) and you will be responsible for your own tax.
You’ll also need:
Experience in Support Coordination, case management, or recovery coaching
An existing caseload
ABN and professional insurances (public liability & professional indemnity)
NDIS Worker Screening & strong NDIS scheme knowledge
Excellent documentation, communication & time management skills
A participant-focused, outcome-driven approach
Driver’s licence & insured vehicle
Relevant qualifications desirable (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Community Services)
