NDIS Support Coordinator - Arabic Speaking | Bankstown, Sydney

TheSupport Coordinatorwill play a vital role in our organization, ensuring seamless coordination of support services for our clients and assisting them in achieving their goals and aspirations. The Support Coordinator will promote a learning focused, valuing and cooperative organization that promotes the development and wellbeing of staff and volunteers.

This role will be responsible in engaging with appropriate service providers and allied health professionals, and monitor progress toward the achievement of their plan goals. The Support Coordinator is to assist customers to identify community or mainstream supports that can also assist them to achieve their set plan goals.
