As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced NDIS Service Manager to join our team.
Brisbane or Logan QLD
· Business Development experience in NDIS or community health, ability to network with Support Coordinators and Participants to secure clients.
· Managing and ensuring service goals and KPI are met in an effective and timely manner, whilst maintaining a close and effective working relationship with clients, families/carers and industry networks.
· Supporting the implementation, development, identification, and maintenance strategies of procedures and processes to ensure compliance.
· Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators and all stakeholders who require CHC services: In Home Supports, Community Access & Participation, Supported Independent Living, STA & MTA.
· End to End onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload. Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment and Manage to ensure best outcomes for all Participants
· Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.
· Conduct and attend regular meetings internally and externally to ensure communication lines are open at all times. Ongoing Face to Face Meetings with Participants to Ensure Service Standards are Upheld.
· Maintain positive working relationship with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and certification body, to ensure audits, reviews and evaluations are undertaken, and recommendations implemented in accordance with agreed timeframes.
· Recruit and select personnel in line with CHC Australian Policy and Procedure to ensure CHC Australian integrity and Core Values are upheld at all times.
· Participate in the continued growth of our CHC Australian market by making meaningful connections through networking and business development activities
Education/Qualifications Essential
· Relevant qualifications in disability services, management, or a related field.
· In-depth knowledge of the NDIS, managing people and working with both internal and external stakeholders
· Experience working in SIL, STA and/or MTA required.
· Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
· Extensive knowledge of NDIS and funding.
· Analytical skills and ability to problem-solve.
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
· Self-motivation and professionalism.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· A Strong Understanding of the NDIS Restrictive Practices Framework.
· Disability Worker Screening certificate.
· Work with Children Clearance card.
· Support coordination and audit working experience is preferred but not a must.
Skills/Knowledge Essential
· Demonstrated experience in the disability or health related fields with co-ordination experience.
· Demonstrated ability to work with individuals, families and/or groups from a strength-based culturally appropriate perspective.
· Sound service management experience including strategic analytical thinking, planning and delivering.
· Sound understanding of the statutory requirements for the delivery of NDIS services and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, in particular; 1.National Disability Standards 2. Occupational Health Safety and Welfare 3. Equal Opportunity Principals and Practices
· Demonstrable knowledge of principles of social role valorisation, the rights of people with a disability, consumer rights, duty of care and dignity of risk and the requirements of the National Disability Standards, Disability Services Act and relevant legislation.
· Ability to contribute to and demonstrate commitment to the achievement of organisational strategic goals.
