NDIS Program Coordinator

AtCarexcell,we believe inconnecting, enabling, and empowering people. We are seeking aproactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented****NDIS Program Coordinatorto grow our existing social groups, day and overnight adventures for younger autistic people living inNSW.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will:

✔️ Coordinate and implement innovative programs that promote community participation and inclusion

✔️ Grow quality services throughout NSW

✔️ Support and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

✔️ Work directly with autistic people, helping them develop skills and independence

✔️ Engage with families, carers, and service providers to ensure a collaborative, person-centred approach

✔️ Maintain accurate data, contribute to grant applications, and uphold compliance with NDIS Practice Standards

✔️ Some travel to Sydney and surrounds to support the team will be required.

Both part-time and full-time hours are available depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.

What You Bring:

You are fun, outgoing and passionate about supporting autistic people. You have:

Experiencesupporting individuals with disability, particularly Autism, and an understanding of their unique needs.

Strong leadership & problem-solving skills– you can think on your feet and make informed decisions.

Excellent time management & organisation– juggling priorities with ease.

Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standardsand a passion for delivering high-quality services.

Great communication & interpersonal skillsto liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Relevant qualifications- AHPRA Registered people highly encouraged! (Bachelor’s/Diploma/Cert IV) & current First Aid & CPR.
