Distil Management is a Western Australian locally owned organisation that provides services to people with disability and their support network.
Distil takes the complex ingredients of the NDIS and filters them to simplify clients understanding of their NDIS plan, it’s funding and payment/reimbursement processing.

We are looking for a Plan Manager to join our team in Fremantle.
Someone who is highly motivated, mature, reliable and adaptable to the needs of the organisation. The position offered will be full-time working Monday to Friday (8.00 am – 4:00 pm). A 9 day fortnight is offered after 6 months probation.
About this role
Full-time, Permanent - Fremantle based
A Plan Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of clients’ invoices and expense reimbursements. Plan Managers also play a critical role in assisting clients understand what can and can’t be claimed from their NDIS plan.
Plan Managers build and manage client relationships, providing them with a high level of support by having a comprehensive understanding of their NDIS Plan and their goals.
Our Plan Managers process payments utilising both internal and external systems. This role requires a person who enjoys working with numbers, is spreadsheet literate (Microsoft excel), able to reconcile daily and intra-daily batch files and has a friendly telephone manner to assist clients and providers with their queries.
This role will also include backup admin/office support as needed across the organisation and other reasonable duties as required.
Role requirements
First and foremost, we'd like you to have NDIS Plan Management and/or administrative or bookkeeping experience.
A background in bookkeeping or accounts payable is an advantage. And an existing qualification in bookkeeping, or to be happy to study for the Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping is desired. We'd like you to grow with us and look forward to a long career with us.
Although a working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits is an advantage, we're happy to train the successful applicant.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organisations.
Well-developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills. You must be self-motivated and a team player.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, and other CRM computer software and systems.
2 Years of experience in a relevant field of NDIS, accounting, book-keeping, administration, etc.
Professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Salary
$84,000 to $95,000*package (incl superannuation of 12% and holiday leave loading of***17.5%)**negotiated based on your experience and qualifications.
