NDIS Plan Manager

We are an established Adelaide-based, privately-owned NDIS plan management provider with a strong focus on personalised care and fast payments. We are a motivated and dedicated team and with our advanced systems, we service a growing client base that is Australia-wide.

We are looking for anexperienced NDIS Plan Management Administratorwith a can-do attitude and collaborative approach to assist with and grow our all-encompassing plan management service delivery.

You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills and as one of our first points of contact, you will present an image of professionalism and possess the core values underpinning our organisation. You must have a working knowledge of NDIS guidelines and principles in order to assist with enquiries and onboarding, projects and problem-solving, plus the sharing and storing of budget information.

This is a full time working from home role and as such, the successful incumbent must have demonstrated experience in working from home and possess the qualities that this arrangement requires. You must also be available to work shifts between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and evidence or willingness to undergo and maintain the relevant screening checks. Tertiary qualifications in bookkeeping, business management or administration will be advantageous.

Salary and flexible working conditions will be negotiable dependent upon the right candidate.
