About the role
This part-time NDIS Admin Specialist role with Crystel Care is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services in the disability sector. Working fully from home, you will play a critical role in managing the administration of service agreements, client records, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth and compliant processes that directly support our participants and team.
What you’ll be doing
1.
Preparing and managing NDIS service agreements and referral forms 2.
Entering and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system 3.
Following up with key stakeholders and ensuring all documentation is complete 4.
Providing high-level administrative support to senior team members 5.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and reporting requirements
What we’re looking for
1.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in NDIS administration, specifically with service agreements and referrals 2.
Proven work-from-home experience with the ability to self-manage and deliver on deadlines 3.
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail 4.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders 5.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment 6.
High level of organisation, time management and professionalism
