Mentor/Support Worker

Position Description

As a Mentor, you will work one-on-one with clients, guiding them towards achieving their personal goals across various areas, including:

• Home maintenance tasks

• Navigating public transport

• Time management skills

• Building friendships and community connections

• Job searching and workplace engagement

Your support will take place in participants' homes, workplaces, and the broader community, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

-**Shifts:**Regular shifts available at the same time each week, in various locations around Perth, typically ranging from 3 to 8 hours. Opportunities for multiple shifts in one day are available.

-**Training:**Our comprehensive onboarding process includes an initial induction, along with ongoing training and support from our collaborative team.

-**Requirements:**A vehicle with comprehensive insurance is required for this role. While relevant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.

-**Note:**This position does not involve personal care or medication administration. Previous industry experience is not required, although viewed favourably.

Remuneration

$0.99 per kilometre for required travel in your own vehicle during work hours

$47.55 Weekday (evening)

$95.10 Public Holiday

11.5% Superannuation
