Maintain clear record keeping, communication logs, and incident reporting
About You
You’re someone who genuinely cares, who understands mental health through lived or professional experience, and who shows up with empathy, patience, and consistency.
You might be a qualified mental health worker, a peer worker, or someone with deep personal insight into the complexity of psychosocial disability.
You will have:
Lived or professional experience in mental health support
Knowledge or willingness to learn about psychosocial disability and trauma-informed care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, non-judgmental, and reliable approach
