Competitive salary up to $110,000 + superannuation
Set weekly KPIs of 26 hours, including travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting in-home assessments and developing practical, strengths-based interventions.
Providing recommendations and strategies to improve quality of life, increase capacity and promote independence.
Supporting clients with their mental health in a holistic manner, community engagement, and daily living skills.
Collaborating with families, GPs, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
Maintaining thorough documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
Who You Are:
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a community, working under NDIS processes and guidelines.
Comfortable working independently and confident with home visits
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—relatable, calm, and compassionate
Hold a valid driver’s licence
Have a current Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Police Check
