About the role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives?

Prime 1 Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Mental Health Support Worker to join our friendly, dedicated team.

You’ll work with our clients with NDIS plans with predominantly psychosocial disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals, build independence, and live their best lives. Shifts are flexible and we can work out shifts to fit your needs.

What we’re looking for:

Comprehensive understanding of mental health

Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent)

Experience in mental health disability support for NDIS clients

Empathy, reliability, and a person-centered approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current First Aid/CPR, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening

Driver’s licence and own reliable car

Must be a contractor with a registered Australian Business Number.

You will need

Able to speak fluent English

Be able to start as a contractor with ABN insurance

NDIS Support Worker experience

Certificate IV or equivalent

A comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle
