Cornerstone Youth Services Inc. (CYS) is the lead agency for Youth in Mind Outreach Services, which comprises the Youth Engagement Team, Cornerstone Youth Counselling, West Tamar Youth Outreach Service, and the young Aboriginal support program. CYS is based in Launceston, Devonport, and Burnie, and has been providing services to young people aged 12–25 in the community for over ten years. Website: www.cornerstoneyouthservices.com.au
The Youth Engagement Team (YET) is seeking a part time (0.6FTE) Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team based in Devonport and Burnie.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a youth-focused mental health service, delivering evidence-based, innovative, and person-centred care to young people aged 12 to 25.
As a clinician within our team, you will play a key role in supporting young people experiencing complex mental health presentations through a combination of individual therapy and comprehensive case management.

What you’ll need
· Approved tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy
· Current registration (full or provisional) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
· Demonstrated experience or competency in conducting mental health assessments, case formulation, and delivering therapeutic interventions
· Current Driver’s Licence (Tasmania)
· A current Working with Vulnerable People check (Tasmania)
· A Schedule 1 National Police Check (Tasmania), issued within the last 6 months
