Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader Supported Independent Living and Complex and Individualized Support Divisions

Nexus is experiencing an exciting phase of growth and expansion across Tasmania. As such, new opportunities present for leaders across multiple levels at Nexus within our disability service - both in traditional disability and psycho-social/OOHC across our Supported Independent Living and Complex and Individualized Support Divisions. services:

Operations Manager: Level 6 Nexus Enterprise Agreement (110,573.21 – 115,464.62)

Accountabilities include operational leadership, funding and service delivery accountability aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals.

Assistant Manager: Level 5 Nexus Enterprise Agreement (101,226.22 - $105,811.47)

Accountabilities include direct service delivery leadership via support provision to Team Leaders encompassing best practice leadership and coaching.

Team Leader Level 4 Nexus Enterprise Agreement (88,512.89 – 95,238.60)

Accountabilities include effective site leadership of workers to provide optimal support to clients to live the life that they choose. As a guide the position consists of 50/50 direct support and site-based admin work.
