About the Role: ** Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for anentry-level Inbound Sales Consultant**to help onboard new clients who have enquired about our services.

As anNDIS participant liaison, you’ll be responsible for:

✅Calling warm leadsto explain our Allied Health & Behaviour Support services ✅Matching clients with the right clinicianbased on their needs ✅Building rapportand ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who thrives oncommunication and problem-solving, with:

✔️ Afriendly and professionalphone manner, able to build trust quickly ✔️ Experience in aKPI-driven role(customer service, call center, or phone-based sales highly regarded) ✔️ The ability tothink on your feetand provide tailored solutions ✔️ Apositive, resilient mindset- comfortable making 50-60 calls per day ✔️ Strongcomputer skillsfor efficient data entry ✔️NDIS or Allied Health knowledge/experience
