About the Role You’ll be part of a team of three people, that supports three houses in Maroubra and Concord Support clients with complex needs (experience highly valued) Coordinate day-to-day team tasks and client supports Coach and mentor frontline staff Build strong relationships with clients, families, and your team Use systems to manage rosters, reporting, and documentation

What You’ll Bring Experience as a Team leader / House Manager Leadership or coordination experience Great communication and relationship skills Systems savvy – confident with digital tools and platforms A Diploma in Community Services or Leadership is great but not essential
