ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance for Resolute Support's Participants under the NDIS framework, with a focus to compliance with participant funding information, processing invoices and claims for NDIS participants in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. This role will also support the Finance Team with data entry and reporting accross payroll, accounts payable and receivable related tasks.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain up to date records of client financial information / documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NDIS claiming and funding categories.
Review service delivery data to ensure billing accuracy against participant plans, service agreements, and schedules.
Prepare, process, and submit NDIS claims for plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed participants, reconciling NDIS payments and follow up on claim rejections, underpayments, and/or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and manage financial databases related to Resolute Support's financial activities,.
Supporting the finance department with various reporting, data entry and financially related administrative tasks.
Maintain knowledge of NDIS pricing arrangements, service codes, and funding rules.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Certificate III in Bookkeeping, Accounts/Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in Administration and/or Finance**,**with knowledge of NDIS plans, funding categories, and claiming.
An understanding of Microsoft Office Programs is essential, Excel, Word etc. with a high level of computer literacy
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
Organised, attention to detail and solutions-focused

Full time employment contract with an immediate start (Mon - Fri 8:00 - 4:00pm)
4 Weeks Annual Leave per year
