We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer with a focus on Accounts Receivable & reconciliation to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role will primarily focus on our NDIS & Home Care customer portfolio and include both B2B & B2C customer interactions. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our financial operations, purchasing and administration activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing and timely and proactive reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Administer accounts receivable functions for B2B & B2C accounts
Undertake reviews and credit assessments on new and existing customers
Process payments, and reconciliations in accordance with relevant funding models and internal policies
Monitor aged receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts in a professional and empathetic manner
Liaise with clients, families, and internal teams to resolve billing queries
Provide support in all aspects of customer service
Support the purchasing processes and work with the inventory team on purchase to pay process
Manage administrative activities to maintain an efficient and smooth business environment
Maintaining data accuracy across internal systems and databases
Assist with reporting, month-end processes, and audits related to receivables
Skills and Experience
Experience in a Finance role and fundamental accounting duties.
Previous exposure to NDIS, Home Care Package (HCP) business processes is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex funding arrangements
Excellent communication and customer services skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience in a quality-focused or compliance-driven environment is a plus
