Family Caseworker

Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice focused on child safety, family preservation, and youth support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the safety and wellbeing of children and families through structured planning and responsive intervention.
• Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed casework that promotes family preservation and child safety.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, case planning, and service coordination.

Benefits:

• Full-time Mon-Fri (contracted until March 2026 with perm opportunities available)
• Salary of $89,000-$97,000 + Super

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience delivering trauma-informed casework and coordinating services
• Strong understanding of mandatory reporting and risk assessment
• Passion for supporting vulnerable families through strength-based engagement

Our clientis a leading NfP organisation providing education, care, and family support services across NSW and ACT. This role will be based at their South Sydney (2229) office.
