AtThe Optimal Therapy Group, we deliver award-winning therapy services across Victoria to 1000's of clients. Currently, our Speech Pathology services operate from our Bendigo Clinic—and now we’re excited to expand to ourmetro Melbourne Cliniclocations.

💼 About the Role

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients across all ages with speech, language, and communication disorders. Our client base includes:

Medicare, Private, TAC & Workcover clients

NDIS participants

Home Care Package recipients

You’ll make a genuine difference in your local community by:

Providing assessment and intervention to clients (ages 7+)

Delivering in clinic(s) & community-based services (e.g., school and home visits)

Collaborating closely with our team to develop individualised care plans

Using modern therapy resources and digital tools

Contributing to a driven and values-based team environment
