We are growing rapidly and are urgently seeking an experiencedSupport Coordinatorwho can hit the ground running and help our participants navigate the NDIS with confidence.
About the Role As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and support networks to help them understand, implement, and maximise their NDIS plans. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — and every day, you’ll see the difference you make.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and their support networks.
Help participants understand and activate their NDIS plans.
Connect participants to relevant services and supports that match their goals.
Coordinate services, appointments, and supports across multiple providers.
Monitor plan progress and make adjustments to ensure best outcomes.
Advocate for participant rights and ensure all supports are culturally sensitive and person-centred.
Maintain accurate records and meet NDIS compliance requirements.
About You We’re looking for someone who is proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused — someone who sees challenges as opportunities to help participants succeed.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a Support Coordinator or in a similar NDIS role.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, legislation, and funding categories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Desirable
Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or similar.
Experience using NDIS systems such as PRODA and PACE.
Knowledge of local community services and networks.
