The Role

We are seeking anexperienced Behaviour Support Practitionerwho is committed to empowering people and making a real impact. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within our highly skilled and supportive team.

As a valued team member, you will:

Provide high-quality behaviour support in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)

Work autonomously with the backing of an experienced, collaborative team

Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

What You’ll Need

Minimum12 months experienceas a Behaviour Support Practitioner

PBSP registration

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

CurrentDriver’s Licence, car, and insurance

Bachelor's degree in Psychologypreferred
