Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners
Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists interested in providing Behaviour Support
We’re looking for passionate professionals who want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. Whether you're already a Behaviour Support Practitioner or an allied health professional keen to expand into behaviour support, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer flexible employment options, including roles similar to subcontracting for those with strong skills who value independence. But no matter how you work with us, you’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team with shared expertise, regular supervision, and ongoing training.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking professionals who:
Are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission as Behaviour Support Practitioners
Hold registration with their relevant professional body (if applicable)
Have experience working respectfully with families, individuals, and service providers
Are passionate about person-led, neurodiversity-affirming approaches
Are committed to ongoing learning and professional development
Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Assessment
Bonus if you have experience in:
Supporting people with complex communication needs
Co-regulation and neuroaffirming frameworks
Biopsychosocial and sensory regulation approaches to behaviour support
Systemic change and capacity building
