About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Enterprise Delivery Manager to work within our Transformation Management Office.
Reporting to the Head of Projects and Values Realisation, you will collaborate with project teams across diverse networks to facilitate delivery of enterprise projects that are central to transforming the organisation.
Your Key Focus
Build networks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive delivery of projects to time, budget and benefit expectations
Plan, track and manage risks and critical dependencies across Scope’s portfolio of enterprise projects to maximise efficiency and impact
Collaborate to ensure that client quality and safeguarding, our people experience and Scope’s brand and sustainability to delivery of enterprise projects
Draw together data and insights to contribute to strategic decision-making and optimisation of Scope’s enterprise projects
Implement risk management practices, integrating risk evaluation, prioritisation and mitigation approaches through the project lifecycle
What We Look For
Proven experience in project management principles, frameworks, practices and tools
Ability to confindently bring together strategic thinking, rigour, professional expertise and commercial acumen to deliver outcomes in an often complex and ambiguous environment.
Exceptional skills in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with diverse communication preferences
Role model critical thinking, resilience and flexibility in seeing initiatives through to completion
