Job Description

We are currently seeking asupport workerto work with participants that requirecomplex care, including catheter management, Sara steady for transfers and thickened fluids. Ongoing night shifts available 3 days during the week.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have experience

Relevant qualification in Complex care, Palliative care, Community Services, or equivalent

Proven ability to manage high-risk, high-complexity participants

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis response skills

Strong understanding of the NDIS, restrictive practices, and safeguarding

CurrentNDIS Worker Screening,WWCC,First Aid (HLTAID011)andCPR (HLTAID009)

National Police Check(within the last 12 months)

Full Driver’s Licenceand reliable vehicle

Must havethe right to work in Australia

Must be confident working independently

Mandatory Requirements

Australian resident

Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid + CPR

At least two years experience working in a similar role

Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance

Australian Licence
