As an Employment Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with job seekers to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals.
- Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities.
- Provide tailored pre-employment guidance and ongoing post-placement support.
- Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.

- Experience in employment services, or customer service, or community support.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, with a strong eye for detail.
- A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.

Must-Haves:
- The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
- Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help)
- Able to complete a criminal history check
- A driver’s licence and access to your own car
- Willing to work across other sites within your ESA when needed
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Employment Services, Certificate III Disability Services, or similar, would be considered advantageous, but are not essential.
