What we’re looking for:

Prior experience in support work (advantageous but not essential)

A caring personality and a genuine love for helping others

Fluent English skills, both written and verbal

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow guidance

Willingness to learn personal care as well as complex and high-needs support

A valid driver’s licence, reliable 4-door vehicle, and comprehensive insurance

Australian permanent residency

Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow procedures

Availability to work mainly weekdays, with occasional weekends as required

Have a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
