Disability Support Worker - RE 3

Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

The position will have the following roster:

Requirement: This position is open to female candidates only. Please read the job description carefully before applying.

**Hours:**126.5 hours per month (Active nightshifts)

**Week 1: Fri:**6:30 am - 2:30 pm,**Sat:**10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift),**Wed:**6:00 am - 2 pm.

Week 2: Thurs:6:30 am - 2 pm, Fri:10 pm - 6:00 am(Night Shift),**Sat:**4 pm - 10 pm,**Mon:**10 pm - 6:30 am,**Tues:**10 pm - 6:30 am.

**Week 3: Fri:**6:30 am - 2:30 pm,**Sat:**10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift),**Wed:**6:00 am - 2 pm.

Week 4: Thurs:2 pm - 10 pm, Fri:10 pm - 6:00 am(Night Shift),**Sat:**4 pm - 10 pm,**Mon:**10 pm - 6:30 am,**Tues:**10 pm - 6:30 am.

The successful candidate must have:

• A current provisional or fullAustralian driver's licence

WWVPcard with NDIS activities

• Valid First Aid Certificate(Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
