About the Role – Community Support Worker
We are looking forenergetic, fun-loving, and compassionate Community Support Workersto join us. This is a casual position with opportunities for part-time and full-time roles. You will be supporting NDIS participants in their homes and out in the community.

A Day in the Life of a Community Support Worker
No two days are ever the same! Your daily tasks may include:
- Community Support– Taking clients on outings like shopping trips, lunches, and fun activities.
- Transport– Driving clients to appointments and social events.
- Home Assistance– Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Meal Preparation– Cooking and serving nutritious meals.
About You
We are looking forenthusiastic, caring, and adventurouspeople who enjoy working in a team and making a positive impact. If you are excited aboutexploring new activities with clients, this is the perfect role for you.
🎯Bonus points if you
- Have experience in high-intensity support or working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
- Are detail-oriented and have strong reporting skills.
- Want to build a meaningful career in the disability support sector.
- Are flexible and willing to travel within the Perth Metro area.
What You Need to Apply (Mandatory Requirements)
- 100 Points of Identification
- Right to work in Australia (sponsorship available)
- Relevant industry qualifications
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Working with Children Check
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Supporting Effective Communication Module Certificate
- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module Certificate
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module Certificate
- Infection Prevention and Control Training Certificate
- First Aid & CPR Certificates (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011)
