Shifts
This is a casual role supporting NDIS Participants. We are looking for reliable workers to join two teams to support two participants that require 24/7 support. Must have excellent communication skills. Support shifts include personal care, maintaining the home, support in the community, meal preparation and daily tasks. Manual handling required.
We support NDIS participants across all of Perth (Yanchep - Mandurah). Various shifts available including day shifts, sleep shifts, 8-10 hours shifts, early morning and evening shifts, including weekend work.

About the Role
Support Workers will be supporting participants to live independently and reach their goals. This will be done in a person-centred way in the home or the community, depending on the participant and their support needs.
Duties may include:
Skill building/Life skills
Community outings
Shopping
Transport
Leisure activities
Going to the gym and hydrotherapy
Attending appointments
In the home - Personal care, domestic duties, food prepping
Assisting with medication
Report writing.

Drivers Licence and Car - fully comprehensive car insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
DSC Supporting People to Stay Infection Free
First Aid
CPR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
