EAST BRISBANE (Bayside Area) - SPECIALIST ROLE
DID & Complex Trauma Support Worker - $45-50/hour (inc. casual loading)
Supporting 50-year-old female participant with complex needs
**Conditions:**Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), C-PTSD, psychotic depression, ASD, ADHD
Critical Requirements:
Full understanding & hands-on experience with DID (alters range widely)
Experience with self-harm prevention & suicidal ideation management
Ability to de-escalate dissociative episodes and bring client to calm state
Knowledge of grounding techniques for multiple triggers daily
**Daily support includes:**Personal care prompting (hygiene, grooming), meal prep, medication management, appointment transport (some 1+ hour drives), light housekeeping
**Essential:**Mental health qualification (psychology/social work background preferred)
This is challenging but rewarding work- seeking experienced practitioner only
Family situation respected - professional support required to complement existing care
LAWNTON
Female DSWs with Clinical Skills
Morning & evening shifts (2 hours each)
**Essential:**Hoisting, catheter care, bowel care experience
Supporting client with spinal injury, diabetes, COPD, social anxiety

Female DSW - Personal Care Specialist
Tuesday & Friday evenings
