About Essential Assistant Care (EAC):

EAC is a dedicated disability servicewith a passionate team committed to providing high-quality care and assistance to participants across New South Wales. Our main base is in the Lower North Shore of Sydney.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and qualified females to join our team and help make a positive difference in our participants lives. Prior experience is preferred—however we provide full training to ensure you’re equipped to deliver exceptional support. All you need is a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support and uplift others in the community.

Fluent English speaking is a must!

About the role:

The role includes supporting participants within our Sydney based community.

Key responsibilites for this role include:

Personal Care (e.g. toileting, showering, dressing).

Domestic Duties (e.g light household chores, washing).

Community Access (e.g assisting participants to appointments, outings, social activities).

Must have access to their own vehicle to transport participants.

Essential Requirements for this role:

First Aid Certificate.

NDIS Worker clearance check.

Working with Children Check.

Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
