🧡 Your Role Will Include:

Delivering person-centred care and support based on individual needs and support plans

Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access

Completing accurate progress notes and documentation after each shift

Working respectfully alongside families, health professionals, and internal care teams to achieve great outcomes

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

-

A minimum of8 months of experiencein disability or community support

Clear communication skills and a respectful, compassionate approach

Someone flexible,reliable, and available across both weekdays and weekends

A positive, outgoing attitude and strong sense of responsibility

📌 Mandatory Requirements:

Current Australian Working Rights

National Police Check

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle & comprehensive insurance

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Infection Control Training

First Aid & CPR certification

🌱 Desirable (but not essential):

Certificate IV in Disability or similar qualification
