THE ROLE

We currently have multiple vacancies for Disability Support Workers to join our team working in Melbourne Region. We are looking for individuals available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, night shifts (inactive), and weekends. As a Disability Support Worker, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following tasks.

Personal & Hygiene Care ratio

Domestic Assistance

Social Support & Community Access

Medication Prompting & Assistance

To be considered for this position, you must already hold or be willing to obtain the following:

NDIS Clearance

National Police Check

Working With Children Check

Current First Aid & CPR

Covid 19 VACC

Comprehensive Car Insurance

As a successful applicant, you will work in a Team Environment, helping build the independence and capacity of SIL residents with psychological disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health, and physical needs.
