You’ll work one-on-one with people of all ages and backgrounds—supporting them in their homes and out in the community. From sharing a walk in the park to helping someone build life skills, your presence will matter every single day.

**Personalised Support:**Assist with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and mobility.

**Goal-Focused Care:**Help clients work toward personal goals—whether that’s building independence or social inclusion.

**Community Engagement:**Encourage and support clients to be part of their community and do what they love.

**Companionship & Connection:**Offer genuine support and build real relationships.

**Record Keeping:**Document client progress to help shape their support journey.

✅ Must-Have Requirements

A currentFirst Aid Certificate and CPR

A validAustralian Driver’s Licenceand areliable, registered vehicle

Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card – ACT

Police Check (National Criminal History)

Completion of theNDIS Workers Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You”
