We’re currently seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Canberra and Queanbeyan.

About the Role You’ll be helping participants to live independently and confidently in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Daily tasks may include:
Personal care (showering, toileting, manual handling, medication support)
Meal prep, cleaning, and domestic assistance
Transport and community access
Supporting daily routines and building independence
Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and overnights.
What we’re looking for
Experience (or lived experience) supporting people with disability
Empathy, reliability, and strong communication
Ability to work independently and with a team
Integrity and commitment to quality care
Essential (or willing to obtain):
Current First Aid Certificate
Australian Driver’s Licence + reliable, registered vehicle
ACT Working With Vulnerable People card (or NSW equivalent)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Trade Skills – Bonus! We’re especially keen to hear from support workers with trade skills (e.g. carpentry, painting, gardening, maintenance). These could be used at Clover Pathways, our sister company — helping participants gain practical skills and work experience in a supported, hands-on environment.
