At Holy Cross Services (HCS), we are looking for an experiencedDisability Support Coordinatorto join our Supported Employment Team full-time in the Disability Services Department. This role will be based at multiple sites, including Banyo, South Brisbane, and Springfield (2026).

About The Role
Oversee daily operations of supported employment teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement culture of HCS.
Conduct regular team catch-ups and performance check-ins with the support team.
Develop rosters/schedules that provide an efficient and balanced workforce.
Deliver ongoing training for staff in NDIS standards, workplace safety, and best practice support strategies.
Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and professional development.
Liaise with participants, families, carers, and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and engagement.
Work with the Disability Service Manager to do service agreements, invoicing, and related NDIS requirements.
Monitor compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct, Practice Standards, and Work Health and Safety regulations.
About you
Demonstrated experience coordinating teams in disability, community services or supported employment areas.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS, Practice Standards, service agreements and funding structures.
Proven skills in staff supervision and performance management.
High-level administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services or working towards it.
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
Flexibility to travel between different sites.
