About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Services Coordinator to join our Disability Services team full-time. Working at our South Brisbane office, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of supports across SIL homes, community access programs, and respite services. You will ensure participants are supported with safe, person-centred services, while providing guidance to frontline staff and maintaining strong communication with families and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily operations across allocated disability support programs (SIL, community access, respite).
Ensure services are delivered in line with participants’ NDIS goals, support plans, and organisational standards.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with NDIS requirements.
Monitor participant wellbeing and escalate risks or incidents as required.
Support frontline staff with guidance, direction, and scheduling needs.
Communicate effectively with families, participants, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
About You
Experience working in disability services, ideally within SIL, respite, or community access programs.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and person-centred practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure critical participant information is up to date.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate IV or above in Disability, Community Services, or related field (or working towards).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
