We are seeking aCritical Reporting Leadto join our National Quality, Compliance & Risk team! This pivotal role will lead ONCALL’s national approach to critical incident, feedback, and restrictive practice reporting across our Disability, Aged Care, and Child, Youth & Family services.This role can be based at our VIC, QLD or SA office.

What you will be doing:
- Lead national incident and restrictive practice reporting in line with NDIS, SIRS, and state-based requirements (VIC, QLD, SA)
- Coordinate serious incident escalation and act as the central contact for safeguarding alerts
- Oversee compliance with statutory timeframes and lead improvement strategies
- Manage the Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT) and lead investigations into high-risk incidents
- Deliver training and mentoring on reporting standards, documentation, and root cause analysis
- Analyse trends and produce executive-level reports to inform risk mitigation and continuous improvement
- Champion a safeguarding-first mindset and uphold confidentiality and whistleblower protections
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in compliance, incident reporting, or risk management within disability, aged care, or child protection
- In-depth understanding of NDIS, SIRS, and restrictive practice reporting across VIC, QLD, and SA
- Demonstrated experience leading investigations and engaging with statutory authorities
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- High-level written communication and system literacy
- Qualifications in Human Services, Social Work, Compliance, or Risk Management (desirable)
