MND NSW is seeking applications for a part time position assisting people with MND to activate and manage their NDIS plan and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes for people with MND.

This position offers variety together with excellent and flexible working conditions. These positions will cover:

The Greater Sydney Region – based in Gladesville (32 hours per week)

Do you have:

tertiary health, disability or community care related qualifications or relevant experience

a sound understanding of person centred approaches and person centred planning

high level problem solving skills, able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision

strong interpersonal and communication skills

a current NSW driver’s licence and car

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided
