Connecting Futures Australia is seeking a passionate and detail-drivenCompliance & Performance Leadto champion excellence across our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and NDIS programs.
This is more than a compliance job. It’s a leadership opportunity to embed a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence across our youth employment services. You’ll be the go-to expert for internal audits, performance reviews, and compliance reporting—ensuring our services not only meet but exceed expectations.
You’ll work closely with frontline mentors, empowering them to see compliance as a driver of outcomes—not a barrier. You’ll lead with integrity, build capacity, and help shape innovative employment pathways for young adults aged 15–24.
Key Responsibilities

Lead internal audits and prepare for external reviews
Monitor and report on IEA and NDIS compliance
Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders
Coach and train teams to embed best practice
Manage claims and ensure documentation meets audit standards
Represent Connecting Futures in sector forums and build external confidence
About You
-
3+ years in employment or disability services
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Community Services, Compliance, or related field
Strong understanding of IEA/DES and NDIS frameworks
Skilled in performance monitoring, data analytics, and quality improvement
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
Passionate about inclusive practice and ethical service delivery
