🔎What’s Workpower? Workpoweris a registered disability service provider operating in Perth and across regional Western Australia. We offer a broad range of services to improve the lives of people living with disabilities, including community programs and employment opportunities. Our Community Support Workers assist our customers in achieving their goals, build their life skills, make friends or social connections or pursuing a career or micro enterprise.

💼What's the Role? No two days are the same! Depending on your customer's goals, you might:

Help them seek employment through an individual customized process.

Complete activities to build their capacity to live a more fulfilled life.

Attend meaningful social activities.

Support them in exploring hobbies they love.

✅ About You This job is perfect for you if:

You have a positive, can-do attitude.

You’re inclusive and person-centered.

You’re eager to learn new things.

You’re available at least three days a week (6am-6pm, Monday to Friday).

You are willing to travel up to 30km’s to get to work.
