We are currently seeking a compassionate and experiencedCommunity Support Workerto support participants withmental health support needs, including Schizophrenia and Drug & Alcohol use.

Available Shifts

Monday: 9:00am – 11:00am, & 9:00am – 2:00pm (Separate clients)

Tuesday: 8:30am – 12:00pm

Wednesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm & 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am – 10:30am, 11:00am – 2:00pm, & 8:30am – 1:30pm (Separate clients)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00am – 1:00pm & 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Provide behavioural and emotional support to participants with complex mental health needs

Assist with daily living activities including domestic tasks and meal preparation

Support community engagement: accompany participants to appointments and recreational activities

Complete detailed documentation and incident reports

Promote independence and assist participants in achieving their NDIS goals

About You You are a resilient, reliable, and empathetic support worker who thrives on making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

You will have:

Experience supporting individuals withSchizophreniaand/orsubstance use(highly regarded)

Strong observation and behaviour pattern recognition skills

Emotional maturity, professional boundaries, and sound judgement

Willingness to work in homes with pets

CurrentDriver’s Licenceand access to a reliable vehicle

Basic computer skills and confidence with electronic documentation systems

Essential Requirements

CurrentFirst Aid & CPR Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

NSW Police Check

ValidNSW Driver’s Licenceand access to own vehicle
