We specialise incommunity aged care and NDIS home visits, empowering our clients to take control of their health through functional, movement-based therapy that fits their everyday lives. Our approach is hands-on, person-centred, and focused onhelping people live more active, independent lives.

What You'll Be Doing:

Visiting clients in their homes.

Creating and delivering personalised, exercise-focused programs.

Building strong, ongoing relationships to support long-term goals.

Collaborating with a supportive, like-minded team.

Contributing your ideas and creativity to truly change lives.

Who We’re Looking For:

-

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher).

At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills.

Confident working independently in the community (with plenty of support behind you).

Excellent communicator and motivator.

Someone who enjoys variety, freedom, and being out on the road — not stuck in a clinic.

Driven by purpose, connection, and the desire to help people live better.

A team player who enjoys variety, independence, and contributing to something meaningful
