We’re looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our South-East Melbourne team(centralised around Oakleigh). Whether your passion lies in aged care (HCP), disability support (NDIS), or a mix of both, we’ll tailor your role to suit your lifestyle and clinical strengths.

Choose Your Caseload:
1. HCP-Focused Role (Older Adults)
Assessments for equipment, home mods, safety and rehab
Falls prevention and post-hospital support
Ongoing client relationships with older adults
Work alongside case managers and families
2. NDIS-Focused Role
Functional capacity assessments and reporting
Interventions in daily living, regulation and participation
Support with AT, (room to upskill into SIL/SDA)
Neuro, physical, or psychosocial streams depending on your interests
3. Blended Caseload (HCP + NDIS) Love variety or want to grow across both? We’ll build a caseload that supports your interests and provides strong clinical guidance as you expand.
What You’ll Need
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Confidence working independently in the community
Experience in HCP or NDIS (or willingness to learn both)
Strong communication, empathy, and organisation
Driver’s licence and a reliable car
The Work You'll Be Doing
Seeing clients in their homes in the South-East corridor
Assessing function, cognition, equipment needs, and home safety
Setting meaningful therapy goals and delivering quality interventions
Working with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Helping clients live more independent, empowered lives
