The Role:
You will be responsible for resource development, clinical supervision, training and mentoring, monitoring and maintaining the Positive Behavior Support and NDIS quality and safeguard commission recommendations and mandates.
Responsibilities:
Review and maintain NDIS's compliance requirements and ensure up to date evidence-based practice nationally.
Develop training pathways and competencies to support clinician skill development.
Manage projects and portfolios within the organization and liaise with policy makers.
Achieve individual key performance indicators, including but not limited to billable hours for Clinical Excellence Leads
Requirements:
Be deemed anAdvanced, or SpecialistBehaviour Support practitioner by the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Capability Framework
Degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis or Allied Health (Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy), with professional registration/membership.
Worked within professional organization, preferably in interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment
Experience with NDIS & HCP clinical caseloads
Proven experience in people management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Current driver’s license.
