We’re on the lookout for a proactive and personable Clinic Administrator with a strong “can-do” attitude to join our welcoming team in Werribee. If you’re experienced with practice management software and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service
- Manage appointments for our team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
- Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
- General typing, data entry, and computer work
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with practice management software is essential
- Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
