Client Services/Intake Officer

What will I be doing? As the welcoming voice of our firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and others reaching out to us.

Your day will involve:

Answering and managing incoming calls with empathy and professionalism

Guiding conversations to gather key information and connect callers to the right person quickly

Supporting our team across four offices with a mix of client care and administration

Coordinating bookings, managing enquiries, and working across multiple systems

Ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and reassured from the very first interaction

How do I know I'm the right person? You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience in client services, reception, or a people-focused support role.

To succeed, you’ll need to be:

Calm, compassionate, and confident when handling sensitive conversations

Skilled at steering calls in a professional yet caring way

Detail-oriented and proactive in administration tasks

Naturally curious, with a willingness to ask questions and grow in the role

Ideally you will be available full time. However, we understand that full time work isn't an option for everyone. We'd still love to hear from you if you are interested in taking this role on part time (minimum 3 days per week). We offer a competitive salary based on your skills and experience.
