**Casual Female Disability Support Worker – Greenvale ** We are seeking 2x compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Greenvale on a casual basis.

In this role, you will be part of a supportive team that delivers a person-centred approach to our client, assisting with personal care, community access, and household tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working in a SIL home
• Experience in mental health support
• Ability to follow strategies provided by Allied Therapists
• Confidence in providing personal care
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively

Requirements (MUST have):

• Current First Aid Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance

Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

• Base hourly rate: $35.15
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
• Saturday: $49.21
• Sunday: $63.27
• Public holiday: $77.33
